All flights are subject to aircraft availability, operational approval, weather assessment, and final passenger manifest confirmation.

Payment

Pricing is provided in booking confirmation. Payment timelines and methods are shared by concierge before final reservation.

Passenger Responsibility

Passengers must provide accurate identity and weight information as requested for safety and regulatory compliance.

Weather & Operations

For safety, routes and departure times may be adjusted. If a flight cannot proceed due to conditions, rebooking options will be provided.

Cancellation

Cancellation treatment depends on notice period and operational commitments already secured for the booking.

Liability
